A proud father of two, J’s life outside of work revolves around his love for family, boating, and cheering for the Indianapolis Colts. When he’s not on the water, you might find him relaxing to the sounds of Morgan Wallen or enjoying some chicken wings while watching his favorite movie, The Wolf of Wall Street. Despite being a high school dropout, J’s path to success is a testament to his hard work and determination. Joining RTM was a natural fit for Sandy, and her favorite part of the job is working with the incredible people around her. A proud mother of two—Bryce, 31, and Jordan, 25—Sandy enjoys a full life outside of work. She’s passionate about attending concerts, decorating her home, and traveling. Sandy’s love for music spans all genres, but Kenny Chesney holds a special place as her favorite artist. When it comes to sports, Sandy is a huge hockey fan, with her kids both having played the sport. She cheers on the Pittsburgh Penguins and is also a supporter of the Kansas City Chiefs. Something not many people know about Sandy is that she was born with two holes in her heart, but it has never stopped her from living life to the fullest. If she could meet anyone in history, she’d choose Maya Angelou, admiring her wisdom and perspective. One of the best pieces of advice Sandy lives by is: “Do the best you can until you know better. He’s a proud dad of three, and when he’s not spending time with family, you’ll find him cooking, mountain biking, shooting, or relaxing in his favorite state: marination. He listens to everything from 2000s country to hip hop and isn’t afraid to admit that Spanish soap operas are his go-to TV choice. What David loves most about working at RTM is the supportive, team-first environment. Despite being new to boat sales, he’s found confidence knowing there’s always someone ready to help. That same positivity is something he brings to every customer interaction—along with a sense of humor and a high-energy mindset. Meet Justin Bandy, Service Advisor Justin Bandy joined the Reeder Trausch Marine (RTM) Indy team as a Service Advisor, drawn by the opportunity to be part of a positive and growing business. He thrives in RTM’s supportive work environment, where he not only contributes to the team’s success but also experiences personal growth along the way. Outside of work, Justin’s life revolves around his three children—an 11-year-old daughter, a 4-year-old son, and a 2-year-old daughter. He enjoys spending quality time with them, along with working out, fishing, and playing video games. A dedicated rock fan, Justin’s favorite bands include Ice Nine Kills and Linkin Park, with Chester Bennington being the one historical figure he wishes he could meet, as Linkin Park was the first rock band that truly resonated with him. Justin describes himself as a bit of a nerd and has a deep love for anime, something he says he couldn't live without. His favorite quote, “You gotta risk it to get the biscuit,” reflects his determined and adventurous mindset. When it’s time to unwind, he enjoys watching Supernatural and digging into a meal of steak and hot wings. As a father of four, family is his top priority. He’s a rock music fan, with Mana at the top of his playlist, and a big supporter of LA Galaxy on the sports front. Juan’s go-to meal is Mexican food, and tacos are a staple he just can’t live without. If he could meet anyone in history, it would be Jesus, who he considers the most important person in his life. Meet Patrick Moore – Service Tech Patrick Moore is part of the service team at Reeder Trausch Marine, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his time at Coastal Offshore X-Cellence, where he worked as both a tech and a captain. After moving to Indianapolis, Patrick saw a great opportunity to grow with RTM– and we’re lucky he did. He’s quickly become known for his strong work ethic and appreciation for RTM’s family-like atmosphere and growth potential. Outside of work, Patrick enjoys spending time in the woods with his two sons. He’s a country music fan through and through, with Gavin Adcock as his favorite artist. While he’s not big on sports, he’s all about quality time with family and staying grounded. His favorite food is a classic steak, and when it comes to boats, nothing beats an orange white Bennington with twin Yamahas. Many people might not know that Patrick dreams of owning and running his own shop someday. He lives by the motto “Death before dishonor,” and the best advice he’s ever received is simple but powerful: “Always tell the truth.” If he could meet anyone from history, it’d be Johnny Cash–an icon who shares Patrick’s no-nonsense attitude and depth. He joined RTM because he saw a rare opportunity—not just to contribute to a growing company, but to help shape its future. Mark thrives in an environment where culture and collaboration come first. What he appreciates most about RTM is the strong team dynamic, daily support among coworkers, and the intentional atmosphere of growth and accountability. His leadership style reflects his core belief: “Lead with purpose, work with precision, and leave every place better than you found it.” Outside of work, Mark is a family man through and through, with four children, grandkids he adores, and a passion for traveling. Many don’t know he once owned a mobile RV repair business, traveling to campgrounds to fix units on-site—a testament to his entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving mindset. Meet Tobin Cantrell – Delivery Driver With a background as an aircraft mechanic for United Airlines, Tobin brings a precision-focused, safety-first mindset to everything he does—including delivering boats to excited new owners.After years spent maintaining commercial aircraft, he joined RTM not just to stay busy, but to stay social, meet new people, and be around something he genuinely enjoys: boats. What does he love most about RTM? "The people and the boats," he says without hesitation. Known around the shop for his dry wit and dependable nature, Tobin also brings an adventurous spirit—he's been a certified rescue diver and has a long history of hands-on hobbies like fishing, shooting, wrenching on engines, and lighting up the sky with fireworks. Though he doesn’t have kids of his own, he’s a proud uncle to a whole crew of nieces and nephews. His favorite music genre is blues, and he’s currently into The Downchild Blues Band. You’ll usually find him rooting for the Kansas City Chiefs (with a soft spot for the Colts), and when it's time to relax, he’s often rewatching his favorite film, The Big Red One. Fun facts? Before diving into media and marketing, Ethan spent time as an Esport Director, managing over 50 student athletes, coaching twelve teams, and leading his program to four conference championships and a National Championship appearance. He even secured a National Top 25 Call of Duty ranking! His passion for content creation and marketing brought him to RTM, where he loves the supportive, team-oriented atmosphere. Outside of work, Ethan’s hobbies include graphic design, video creation, playing soccer and volleyball, and working out. A true rock fan, he’s into bands like Rush and Boston, and he’s an avid sports enthusiast, cheering for the Vegas Golden Knights, Tennessee Volunteers, UC Bearcats, and Cincinnati Reds. Not many people know that Ethan has dealt with nerve damage in his arm, but that hasn’t slowed him down one bit. His best piece of advice? “Work hard when life is easy, so you can work easy when life gets hard.” He lives by the motto “Earn the sunset,” and his go-to movie is Baby Driver.
